I Saw It in New York
Dogs in strollers
I’ve seen this twice. Now do they do this before, after, or in place of actually “walking” their animal? Not sure I get this one. Sigh…only in New York.

Easter in May?
On the subway last night: A tall man in his 60’s, in a cream suit, mint green shirt and multicolored tie. Not so out of the ordinary? Well, he topped it off with a yellow, orange, and green flower corsage the size of my head (seriously) augmented with feathers. Add to that the multicolored flower print on his otherwise ordinary dress shoes, and i think we have a winner for best easter brunch outfit - a month late, and on a thursday night.

As I made my glorious (yet strenous) ascent on the Brooklyn side of the Manhattan bridge, pleased with my biking efforts and the amazing birds-eye view spying the rooftops of the ultra cool neighborhood called DUMBO, I spotted two photo shoots. One involved a guy posed against a silver painted wall and his not so small entourage on top of a building off Adams St…. and the other was two guys jumping up and down singing to a small video crew right next to the water underneath the Manhattan Bridge. The first? I have no idea. The later, well just watch here and see. I love this city.

On my way to work this morning, I saw a man in the park, walking his two golden retrievers. And his snail. In a little plastic terrerium. He had the lid off to give the lil’ guy some air.
